Encouraging accountability of senior officials
Connective Impact Hub participated in the meeting organized by Faktoje.al on the topic “Encouraging Accountability of Senior Officials.” This event was held as part of the “40 Promises, 10 Municipalities” project, supported by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), with a focus on the transparency of local institutions.
During the meeting, the results of the report on the transparency of Durrës Municipality and Kavajë Municipality were presented and discussed.
Representatives of Connective Impact Hub had the opportunity to share their insights on the importance of civic participation, transparency, and accountability in local governance. This collaboration aims to strengthen community engagement for sustainable development and social innovation at the local level.

Preventing abuses of state resources
Connective Impact Hub participated in the training organized by KRIIK Albania, which aimed to strengthen integrity in electoral processes and prevent abuses of state resources.
This training brought together important actors from different fields, to discuss and collaborate on the best ways to ensure free and fair elections. Rising Horizons
Connective Impact Hub recently participated in the “Rising Horizons” international training program, organized by Genesis NGO in the Czech Republic from December 13–20, 2024. This transformative experience focused on personal development and well-being, aligning perfectly with our mission to foster growth and innovation within our community. The program introduced participants to essential tools for self-awareness, coaching techniques, empathic communication, and conflict transformation, building a strong foundation for leadership and personal growth. Set in the serene mountains of the Czech Republic, the immersive sessions encouraged reflection and collaboration among youth workers from diverse backgrounds. Our representative had the honor of sharing our work, learning from international peers, and gaining fresh perspectives on driving change and empowering communities. The experience was not only enriching on a personal level but also strengthened Connective Impact Hub’s commitment to fostering impactful solutions in the youth sector.
